Requirements
- College degree
- Strong command of English language, to communicate with onshore Googlers and English speaking clients
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience in AdWords, AdCenter, Analytics and SEM tools desired
- Interest working in a client-facing service environment
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Analytical and highly detail oriented
- Proven Ability to produce high volume, repetitive work with high quality and low error results
- Willing to work in night shift
Responsibilities
- Respond clearly and accurately to all customer requests following appropriate processes.
- Respond clearly and accurately to requests and direction from Google contacts
- Build effective relationships with onshore team and customers
- Collaborate with onshore team
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues
- Continual development in SEM best practices and tools
SALARY DETAILS
- Fixed Salary of 2 Lakhs per annum + Annual Bonus(Performance Based)
- Pick and Drop and Food Facility
